By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:
1. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
2. You assume all risks associated with attending the event, including injury, illness, or loss.
3. You release and hold harmless the organizers of the group and the event, all affiliated partners, staff, and volunteers from any liability arising from your attendance.
We reserve the right to:
1. Refuse entry or remove any individual at our discretion.
2. Modify event programming, policies, or operations at any time.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including weather conditions, artist or programmatic changes, or schedule changes. The event takes place rain or shine.
PRIVACY POLICY
Customer information is collected solely for order processing and communication purposes. Information is kept confidential and only shared as required by law or with consent for marketing communications.
FESTIVAL ENTRY & SECURITY
All attendees are subject to a security screening upon entry, including bag checks. By entering the festival, you consent to these screenings. Failure to comply may result in denied entry without refund.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are not allowed inside the Utah Pride Festival:
1. Weapons of any kind
2. Drugs or illegal substances
3. Fireworks or explosives
4. Drones or remote flying devices
5. Professional cameras or recording equipment.
6. Laser pointers
7. Large chains or spiked accessories
SMOKING AND VAPING
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in the area designated by a sign.
ANIMALS & PETS
Pets and animals are not permitted. Only ADA-defined service animals will be permitted, and must have proof of registration. Emotional support, therapy, or comfort animals are not allowed. Service animals must remain under the control of their owner at all times, and may be subject to screening.
CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Utah Male Naturists is an inclusive group. Attendees are expected to treat others with respect and dignity, and refrain from discriminatory, offensive, or disruptive behavior. This event is clothing optional. We do not require nudity.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol must be consumed ONLY by the individual who purchased it. This is a 21+ event. All attendees will be required to show a valid government ID at check-in and be at least 21 years of age to enter. Providing alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the festival. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed before exiting the festival grounds.
EVENT RULES:
1. Entry to the event closes 30 minutes before closing.
2. Alcoholic beverages will be served up to one hour before closing.
3. Re-entry is granted for all ticket types. Attendees must have their wristband on.
4. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and all major credit cards are accepted for all purchases.
5. No unauthorized/unlicensed vending, soliciting, performances, handbills, sampling, or giveaways.
6. No moshing, crowd-surfing, or stage diving.
7. Concerts are held rain or shine.
PHOTO & VIDEO NOTICE
No photos or videos may be taken at any time without the clear, vocalized consent of everyone in the photo. There are two photo "booths" where you may take photos as long as no others are in the background.
DAY-OF ISSUE OR EMERGENCY
See Something? Say Something! If there is an emergency, please call 911. If you have a safety or security concern at any time during the event hours, please find an event captain, designated with a rainbow armband.
